Indemnification
Attendees and Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Aspiration Ltd., RHA-RMS Inc., the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, The MacEwan Centre, Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Centre, their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees against all claims, losses, liability, damages (including legal fees and expenses), costs and charges of every kind resulting from (i) its occupancy of the Event space or its environs, (ii) the use of equipment or devices furnished to or used by the individual in connection with the Event, and (iii) personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage sustained by the Sponsor, New Aspiration Ltd., the facilities or the attendee to the Event and their respective directors, officers, agents, representatives and employees or those for whom the Sponsor or attendee is responsible by law.
New Aspiration Ltd. shall not be liable for any cancellation or postponement of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to any act of God, casualty, fire, flood, storm or tempest, disease, explosion, riot, civil commotion, strike lock out or boycott, earthquake, malicious damage, industrial action or act of terrorism.
New Aspiration Ltd. reserves the right to amend the program for the Event. The date and content of event(s) is subject to change at any time. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
No purported variations or amendments to these terms and conditions shall be of any effect unless accepted in writing by New Aspiration Ltd.
No failure or delay by New Aspiration Ltd. in exercising any of our rights under these terms and conditions shall be deemed to be a waiver of that right.
Privacy & Personal Information
New Aspiration Ltd. only collects, uses and discloses Personal Information for purposes that would be considered reasonable in the circumstances and only such information as is required for the purposes of providing services or information to you. We use only fair and lawful methods to collect Personal Information.
New Aspiration Ltd. uses personal information obtained from you to provide products and services to you, allow you to participate in contests and promotions, and to communicate with you.
Our use of Personal Information is limited to the purposes described in these terms and conditions and New Aspiration Ltd. does not otherwise sell, trade, barter, exchange or disclose for consideration any Personal Information it has obtained.
New Aspiration Ltd. may disclose your Personal Information to individuals or organizations:
- Who assist New Aspiration Ltd. in informing you about our services
- Who are involved in maintaining, reviewing and developing our business systems,
procedures and infrastructure including testing or upgrading our computer systems.
In the event sensitive Personal Information is provided to the New Aspiration Ltd., we will not disclose such Personal Information unless it is required in order to provide our services.

Recording of Event
The attendee agrees that New Aspiration Ltd. may photograph, video-record or otherwise record any or all of the New Aspiration Series events. Recordings are the property of New Aspiration Ltd. Attendees give permission in perpetuity for the New Aspiration Ltd. to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use any photographs or recordings at their discretion without notice or obligation to the attendee.
Recording or photographing the event by attendees is not permitted.
